By creating an account or using Toponexa ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
Toponexa provides network monitoring, topology mapping, and related field-operations tools for internet service providers and their dealers. Each customer's organization and data are logically isolated from every other customer's.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your organization. The person who creates an organization is its initial owner and may invite additional users with specific roles and permissions.
Starter and Professional plans include a free trial that requires a valid payment method to activate; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel before then at no cost. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Additional site tokens are billed according to the then-current rate. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to monitor or access networks or devices you don't have the right to monitor, to attempt to disrupt the Service, or to attempt to access another organization's data.
You retain ownership of the network data you input into the Service. We do not access or use your organization's data except as needed to provide and support the Service, or as required by law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toponexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including network outages that occur regardless of monitoring.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
